One way in: comedy of errors, the story of the one snap judgment that was so wrong it became a running joke in your family or friend group — the time someone assumed you were a lifeguard, a substitute teacher, a bouncer, and the absurd chain of events that followed before the truth came out.

Another angle: the quieter, more honest route — a specific first impression you know people get right, and what it costs or gives you to be read accurately before you've said a word. Sometimes accuracy is its own kind of exposure.

Or go philosophical and generous: write about the judgments you've caught yourself making about others, and how that habit changed once you realized how often you'd been misjudged yourself.
