There's the comic route: the coworker who microwaved fish every single day at eleven-forty, or the group project partner who vanished until the night before, then acted like the hero for stapling the pages together. Let the outrage be funny instead of bitter — exaggerate, do voices, let the reader laugh at how petty the memory still makes you.
Or go quieter: maybe that person taught you something by being terrible, showed you the kind of teammate or manager you swore never to become. That's less roast, more reflection.
There's also the mystery angle — someone who was awful in ways you never fully understood, whose rudeness or laziness seemed to hide something else going on in their life. You don't have to solve it. Just sit with the not-knowing, and see what that stirs up.
