📖 Notes & analysis

You could take this toward comfort, the way people do after something goes wrong and reach for "maybe this happened to teach me something" because the alternative, that it was just bad luck, feels too cold to sit with. Or flip it into a debate between two characters, one who reads meaning into every coincidence and one who finds that kind of thinking a little unsettling, like it robs chance of its honesty. There's also a quieter angle: someone looking back on a string of small accidents, a missed bus, a wrong turn, that led them somewhere good, and wondering if that's fate or just a story they told themselves afterward to make sense of it. Any of these can hold humor, doubt, or genuine wonder, so let the tone follow whichever question feels most alive to you.
