📖 Notes & analysis

Luck looks random from the outside, but it usually has a supply chain. The more reps you put in, the more chances you create for skill and opportunity to collide, and the faster you recognize a good break when it shows up. That's why effort compounds into something that feels like luck. Picture a musician playing every open mic in town for a year, not expecting fame from any single night, until one night the right producer happens to be in the room. The work didn't summon the producer, but it made sure she was ready when he arrived. The caution: effort is a multiplier, not a guarantee. Grinding blindly without adjusting your approach just multiplies wasted motion. Work hard, but stay watchful, so the luck you're chasing has somewhere to land.
